There IS a blueprint for CHANGE. The Populist Reforms sweeping across Latin America are nothing less than near bloodless revolutions. They give me some "HOPE" for The World. They are simply organizing, and voting out the corrupt Oligarchs.
However, in Latin America the foundation for these "CHANGES" is transparent & verifiable elections, and the existence of an Opposition Party. We don't have those in the USA....yet.
