4. I believe that it is treasonous to give information
to a reporter/indivdual that would potentially harm an active CIA agent, American citizen or politician for which the only purpose would be to out them.

There is a difference if a crime is being committed by a CIA agent, American citizen or politician and a reporter/individual is given information and then calls attention to it.

One is a crime. The other is responding to and exposing a crime.


Reporters are not above the law. Nobody is. Novak should have been jailed.
