There are three huge problems:

1) The process takes about two years.

2) There are still Republicans in both houses that will throw up every road block they can dream up.

3) You end up with Cheney as the President.


To make this work you'll have to have both POTUS and VPOTUS declared medically or mentally unable to serve and we all know that isn't a reality. Basically, I'm trying to tell you that you're going to have to drop trowel and bend over for two more years. If the Democratic Party stops funding the Iraq war then the Republicans will heap the sh$t on them during the next elections. If the Democratize Party convinces America they were right about the Republicans then we may be able to win in 08. This is going to be fun to watch.:sarcasm:
