You are incorrectly including deaths in the NEXT year flu season 2009-10 as well as the 2008-9 season stats (that ended in October and included last April)

The 08-09 stats are here:

and include 147 influenza related deaths

You are not interpreting the stats correctly.
Furthermore your link that you provided says nothing at all about 200 H1N1 pediatric deaths.
You just made that part up or didn;t understand what you were reading

The link actually says 171 pediatric deaths since April - that would include BOTH the 09 and 10 seasons
