18. This is more MSM fearmongering, and not that much of a concern.
The mutated strain has been present all along. The main difference is that it's resistant to anitvirals after the person gets the flu. The mutation does NOT make the vaccine ineffective against the virus. The NC cases are NOT the first incidence, but the largest cluster that has been seen in one location.
