you are not allowed to drive impaired, you need to call for help, he actually would have been better off running than getting into a car stoned, hitting a fire hydrant AND a tree, and his wife is still beating the fuck out of the car w. a golf club

i've been on the victim end of domestic violence and it ain't pretty, and the refusal of police in those days didn't make it any prettier, but i knew that getting my own ass put in jail would not help matters -- i did not drive drunk/stoned to prove a point by killing myself or someone else abt how bad i wanted to get away, i tried to find a smart way to get away -- maybe that's cold, but hurting myself or hurting someone else wasn't going to help me either

tiger's getting a walk on the DUI because he's tiger, which would be OK if he would use his influence to get everybody in like circumstance a walk, but he won't -- tiger is all abt tiger

these days we have cell phones and the combo of cell phone plus rich neighborhood -- trust me, the cops would be all over that shit -- all he had to do was make the call and stop putting up/covering up for his abuser

he was covering up because he was ashamed, and it's a tempting pattern, but at the end of the day we the little people are not allowed to drive impaired under any circumstance

i have to confess to actually feeling a lot of pity for tiger, no one deserves to be beaten w. a fucking golf club and an athlete's body is his work tool, the threat of injury to his body is esp. cruel because it threatens his sport and his livelihood

and yah FWIW "if" the report from TMZ is true...the trouble is...it fits the facts, the bullshit we were fed previously didn't fit any facts

when authority lies the people will speculate, that's why god gave us a brain and the abiility to draw conclusions
