That's very kind of you. However, there are lot of people worse off than us. We at least have family to help us out. I just find it amazing that my business is built on giving good customer service and from that I get repeat customers. I am willing to bend over backwards for them, helping them with extended lay a way terms, giving them little extras, etc. That is how you build and keep a business and customers. Yet the company of which I am a good customer, Citibank, seems to feel that they can treat me like crap. I just don't get it. Maybe if enough of us cancel our cards, they will eventually feel the pinch and all they will have left is the people who don't pay their bills.
