85. Insurance Jobs Are Worth Their Weight In Gold...
I ran my own company for over a decade and despite having to rob Peter to pay Paul much of the time...and enduring several years where my family couldn't afford health insurance, if given the same situation, I'd do it all over again. Being independent of the corporate games was liberating and always was an incentive to work hard and keep my clients happy. In the end, I fared far better...both health and sanity wise compared to those who left their fate to the corporates...working more hours for less.

Right now companies that are hiring will look for part-time rather than full-time. Keep employees under 35 hours and you don't have to pay benefits...and with the large number of people looking for jobs, getting two for the price of one is very common.

Wish I could offer the OP some positive words, but I can't. I've been watching things get worse...credit get tighter and a lot of money still sitting on the sidelines. A recovery won't happen as long as the large debt mess out there looms over our heads.
