but it seems to me that there's a lot of healthy back-and-forth arguing on DU, sometimes to an extreme degree. I don't think you see that much dissent among the ranks with Freepers or conservatives. I think we're anything but a lock-step mindless cult. Of course if you are referring to the obsession we seem to have with Palin here, you may have somewhat of a point.
