Not under this government or any of the next several that are likely to be in power up here. It's sad, but Ottawa's too pants-wettingly terrified of doing anything that the US might dislike. If the court granted it, I imagine Harper would very quickly try to ram through a law or do something questionably legal to 'fix' it.
