So in the Senate, the ones who desperately want health reform and for Obama and Dems to succeed, are whipped around by the ones who don't give a shit if any of that happens.

It's like that in marriages, too, when there is unequal love.

The one who cares the least - the indifferent lover - has all the power to make or break the marriage.

The one who is dedicated to the spouse and to the marriage, can't make it work by his or herself, and can't let him or herself give up on the marriage.
