Or just about every other HMO that tells you what doctor you can go to that they will pay for, what prescriptions they will cover, and what pre-existing conditions they will not pay your doctor for?
And no one is stopping that idiot from going to whoever the fuck he wants, whenever the fuck he wants. He just has to pay his bill on his own when he does. Yeesh...  |
