Obama wants this done, and he wants it done now, and he has already said he hopes "to be the last President to deal with the Health Care Reform matter."

I do remember a different Obama, the purer more average American-oriented guy who ran for the Senate Seat in Illinois back in 2004.

And he spoke about Single Payer Universal Health Care, and how it was the only logical choice we had. He also said that we would be only needing a majority of Dems in the House, and in the Senate and a Democratic President to make it happen.

But that Obama has been replaced by the Rahm/Obama, who is of a different make, model, logo, trademark, and set of talking points...

I suspect the 2004 Obama will be found in a closet and taken out and brushed off for the 2012 camapigns, but as a voter, I am of the mind that:

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
