They are going to go back and "fix it" later. Just like NAFTA. Just like "The Patriot Act". Just like "regulating Wall Street" after the bailouts.
"They" will cut and run before the ink is dry, and throw a "Mission Accomplished" Party for the TV cameras congratulating each other on what a Fine Job they did while slipping the checks from the Health Insurance lobbyists into their back pocket.
The most often told lie in Washington: "We'll go back and fix it later".
