But I think it is also helpful to acknowledge that part (not half) but part of this systematic undoing is attributable also to Democrats that have sold out to lobbying firms versus a constituency. I've liked much of what I've read today, but something that it seems like is missing is any criticism of "our" party. Yes selling out to corporate good/greed over the citizen over time is more attributable to the Republicans, but I feel many of our leaders as Democrats are on a slippery slope, and/or sliding.
