They won't be yanked, but cut out. Place where there is one and other places with multiples. He had multiple toothbuds in the front of his mouth, and by the time that the pediatric dentist could determine the true permanant tooth, there were six additional tooth buds to be removed in addition to the fused "baby tooth", which was filled until he was old enough to determine what was actually happening.

Wish we could've recycled all of those tooth buds.
