Folks, it's not about torture right or wrong "to keep us safe". He's doing exactly what Tom DeLay did when he was charged...go out on the airwaves as much as possible and deny, defend, distract. Cheney is NOT trying to defend torture or Bush. He is NOT going to give Obama any kudos in the slightest--because he knows the media hounds will play on "the debate".

The SOLE REASON for Mr. 22% is to taint a jury pool, and then should he be charged with crime(s) he can claim that he wouldn't get a fair trial. (period emphasized) Unfortunately, Cheney is no longer the power over the information (read "evidence"). Does anyone believe that he would have allowed documents of their "successes" while he was still in office? He's fighting to keep his ass out of jail by making it seem as if committing a crime is a public debate rather than a rule of law!!!
