18. If he fired 98 rounds in under a minute
He wouldn't have needed 98 rounds to kill 13 people.
Physically impossible to start with and if he was skilled enough to dump clips and insert new ones at that rate, his aim would have been better.
This is a bullsh*t story to advance a minority opinion.
But thanks for playing.
