Right now there is a LOT of "stuff" on thier plates, and they have to attend to first things, first.

There are also "inside" ways to achieve staff turnover.

The LAST thing Obama needs right now is a "Travel-Office" pout-rage that would ensue if he immediately cleaned house..

A year down the road, I have a feeling that a lot of the bush-ites will be gone-baby-gone:)
