What if there were a government insurance program exclusively for people whose bills are paid for by Medicare and Medicaid, and the doctors and hospitals wouldn't have to kick in premiums? What if a doctor took all Medicaid and Medicare patients, that physician wouldn't have to shell out for expensive insurance?

And what if that government insurance company had as a priority making quick claims settlements to people truly injured by medical malpractice? With the results open to all to see?

Or do you think that continuing to squeeze health care providers between the vice jaws of lowered reimbursement and higher malpractice insurance is going to solve anything?
