7. Ha! No....
...didn't know there was one!

I retired eight yrs ago, broke a leg three years ago, and kinda let my physical condition wane. After a cancer scare, and finding out my cholesterol was dangerouosly high, I decided I need a lifestyle change! I have changed my diet completely, go through a strenuous workout every morning, and play 18 holes of disc golf every day. I am up to 4 miles a day on the treadmill. I can't run due to the leg injury, but I walk at a pace of 4 mph, which is pretty fast. I do it all non-stop for an hour, so I get some pretty good cardio therapy and a lot of sweating. I follow that with 15 minutes on an inversion table to relieve the stress on my knees and back, and then another 15 minutes on a cardio exerciser.

After that, I go play disc golf. Our course is wound through trees and hills, and was designed by the top player in Texas! That gives me another mile or so up and down hills.

I know some might consider that kinda weak for a workout, but I'm gettin old dammit! But, I feel so good now! It has changed my whole outlook. My health has greatly improved, I'm back in shape, and I have got my cholesterol (LDL) down to 130, from 190!
