1. People shouldn't be buying things on credit
If they don't have the money for it, they should just wait until they have saved up for 'it' ~ whatever 'it' is. Otherwise, they're paying waaaaaaaaaay more for something than everybody else who can buy it outright, with cash! No wonder some people can't get ahead. The interest is slaughtering them! Credit can be a good tool in certain cases (like a fixed rate mortgage for 15-30 years) where you make a 13th payment every year and cut 10 YEARS off of your mortgage OR an evil yoke that sucks the life-blood outta you and your family.

Credit is not "all that and a cookie" that people have been (b)led to believe for so long.
