4. What part of "co-equal" don't these yahoos understand?
They are pursuing a Federalist interpretation of the Constitution. Federalists generally have great difficulty with the idea of sharing power. They believe in dictatorship.
It would be very good if we could get a Dem in the WH to use all these lovely powers the Right has ceded to the Executive branch while Bush** has been there. It's practically limitless and answers to no one.
