2. Reat "Minister of Death" - he's a bit on the bent side....

He's ready to rock and roll with World War III, which fits nicely into his end of the world marginalist view of Biblical prophesy. What's letting one guy who's in "the club." He was strongly lobbied by a fellow minister, public figure and the rapists wife! Of course, he was signing a death warrant for a schizophrenic prisoner, one who everybody agreed was and probably had been mentally ill most of his life. Life is not a priority for him.
