2. It's ironic that the Evangelical Christians
who attend church regularly so strongly support him, as I've always heard he doesn't attend church whereas Clinton and Carter did...

I think the problem isn't their focus on religion, but their lack of focus on current events... (and of course, I don't think bush could be confused with a "true Christian" no matter how often he attends church -- actions speak louder than words)
