He almost ran the table in the primaries and he had more Democratic votes than any other candidate in the GE...except Bush which I think was fixed. I remember the huge crowds that came out for Kerry...30-40,000 people turning out. I also remember never seeing Bush campaigning in public, just in small auditoriums where camera's were tightly controlled.
We got screwed in 2004. Hope we are smarter in 2008.
