Check out this quote from the article: “Kids who abstain are not out there breaking hearts; they’re not dogs in heat. They go on to have great, intimate sex,” says Leslee Unruh, president of the Abstinence Clearinghouse.

Yeah, right, I'll bet these girls go on to have "great, intimate sex". REAL likely after years and years of being taught that sex and their bodies are filthy and disgusting, and that they'll burn in hell if they touch their genitals. I wonder what percentage end up enjoying sex, rather than just "submitting" to it. How many are able to achieve orgasm?
Poor things.
