maybe not *me* personally, but every phone call adds up, right?

Also many of their items are regional, so let's say you live in Seattle and they don't have it at the downtown store they may have it in Shoreline (if you have more than one costco in the area).

Give them a call! They're very pro-customer. I've never had an issue with them EVER. They'll even refund your membership if you move to a place where they don't have Costco's...even if your membership is up for renewal next WEEK they'll give you the full price back of your membership.

We bought a dryer there a few years ago, and when we got it home and out of the box it had a gash and dent on the top...nothing huge, and big deal but It was a flaw. Since I ddn't have the rental truck to take it back to show them the damage, I just went to the returns counter and told them about the damage and showed them a picture on my cellphone I took, and they gave me a $125 refund. I think the dryer was only $300 or so, so that was a nice refund amount. I certainly wasn't expecting that much.

I've also returned a box of food that I opened but didn't like. I know it sounds trashy but it was like a $13 box of chicken filets. They just were full of cartilage. I took it back and they gave me a refund no questions asked.

they're always ranked high on customer satisfaction reports, and treat their workers exceptionally well.
