conservative judge.

The judge he *DID* name voted exactly how I presume you would have wanted her to.


Instead of a 5-4 decision.... it would have been 6-3 with a McCain nominee.



If you're too thick to see the difference between the kinds of judges Obama is nominating and the kinds of judges the Republicans would nominate, then you're a lost cause.
