earth. That is what cap and trade is all about. if you create X amount of pollution you clean up, or pay someone to clean up the exact same amount of pollution. that is called carbon neutral. if everyone did what Gore does there would be NO pollution, NO greenhouse gas emission at all on this earth. That is the goal.
