6. Is this guy driving without the car insurance that the government mandates?

What if someone else hits him and they don't have insurance? Would he mind that?

The government required that people enlist during WWII; he probably thinks that was Evil.

He probably resents the fact that the government required that he get a 12th grade education.

He can't own a home, because lenders require insurance.

One wonders how much improving his community he would have been dedicated to if there weren't somekind of payoff for him in it.

"CULL THE HERD" - wow, just holy fucking, wow.
