A driver of the car in front of us late tonight had little control. The car crossed the double line completely several times, took almost a minute to react to green lights, and had a baby carrier on the dash board. In the dark it didn't look like the carrier had a baby in it, but we couldn't tell for sure. We reported it to 911.

In all probability the police will not be able to find the car, but I feel guilty in a way.

on edit:

My guilt was misplaced. Mostly I feel sad, not guilty.
