Seriously, who gave the order? Was it the head of the DC Park Service? Who?

Our overlords have gone insane. Arresting people for behavior that you can't even define. EVERY SINGLE WAY you can move your feet is a dance step in some context.

I used to be a clogger back in the day. So, let's see...side-front-side-back. Oh, that's a vine. So if you're viewing an exhibit make sure you don't put one foot behind the other as you're moving along. Might get arrested.

I think what this is about is demonstrating to the populace that they can't even move from point A to point B without asking permission. I look forward to hearing how the cops explain to the judge what the defendant was doing to justify the arrest. :crazy:
