I do wish though, that I shared his optimism. If it was a simple matter of having the Democrats in the majority and in the WH, we would already see the endless wars for profit ended.

We would already have the values in our houses restored. And we would already have JOBS.

Instead the wars continue, funded by the majority. The housing values are continuing to fall, because we followed Bernancke/(Paulson)/Geithner's vision rather than the for the people vision that the government of Ireland followed recently.

And jobs are few and hard to find, and the money is already given to the people in the Top Institutions, so the idea that jobs will return if we jsut vote "D" may not be so valid.
