US team was cheered here when they were introduced and both teams were cheered after the game. But during the game, Mexico was the "home" team as far as the crowd, with a sea of Mexican flags.


I've been to a Cubs/Cardinals game in 1984. Funniest thing we are on the train everyone has on something Cubs or Cardinals and a couple from St. Louis gets on at a stop and asks "Is this train going to Wrigley Field?" Everyone just kind of looked at each other, and a guy in a Cardinals jersey said "If it's not it's a pretty damn good trick, ain't it."
