Free trade isn't trade at all when you hand your infrastructure to everybody else. That's suicidal.

And Bush can say how we won't use isolationist economic policies. Yet everything else he does seems very isolationist. It can't work both ways, though the monthly balance sheet won't notice - until after the month it's happened, of course...
