My friends called them after a push-in robbery and double rape. They laughed at the victims and told them they would do nothing.
In my experience, people who are going to commit violence just do it. People who call with bomb threats and other bullshit are just trying to play with your head but you don't want to guess wrong. What was your gut feeling on this guy?
I might go to a different corner for a while. It will help your exposure also.
