4. Heh. I starting hearing rumors about Digby being a woman at least a couple years ago.
I loved not knowing. Once I heard about the possibility I started reading what was posted there as a female voice as a mental exercise. I asked myself, is there anything inherently "male" or "female" about the words Digby uses? The phrasing? Is there anything about the ideas and analysis and opinions and questions raised there that *feel* as though they belong to one gender or another?

I never thought so. I was happy to hear Digby's words in my head with either a female or male voice -- though I must admit, I particularly loved hearing Digby as a female voice. Made me feel more confident about writing and expressing my own thoughts.

So now it seems it is a question no longer. Cool! Digby does womanhood proud, and I'm pleased as all get-out! :woohoo:
