now and again. Think part of it is automated based on their settings. Interesting part is that at another location, they use a different program and have different sites blocked. Of course they block the usual things, but one place lets you check eBay but the other blocks it. Has always been okay to surf at lunch and outside of normal duty hours. They have always tried to give some leeway because of the need to research commercial and news sites for work.

Found the block the first thing, you know, check email and see what has turned up on DU overnight. Guess it's not based on disgusting language or racist attacks, just can't have a discussion of terror or torture legislation.
