I absolutely think you should get an explanation from Nelson, I understand it would be incredibly difficult to campaign for someone who had violated your basic principles as deeply as he did. And there was no reason for it, I can't see Harris coming back on this bill alone. I'm just saying that Democrats didn't bring this bill to the floor and fought for amendments to fix it. That's worth continuing to fight for, to me.
