I'm thoroughly disgusted with . . . be that as it may, if we can get a majority in either house, at least we'll have people with SOME brains for committee chairs . . .

if and when we elect Democrats, though, I intend to keep holding their feet to the fire and blasting them every time they do something ssupremely stupid . . . like voting to legalize torture and bastardize the Geneva Conventions, say . . .
