that there is no local office for the phone company anymore. A friend needed to pay her phone bill and had only cash. She called to find out where to take her money and they said either pay online or over the phone with a credit card. She said but I want to pay in cash. They said she had to go to a Western Union office and pay the bill there (for a slight fee of course).
