But that is what Federalism really means, the President is the ONLY Federal Authority. The Senate and House are from the States and are secondary in the Federalist mind, and we the people are peons altogether.
All I can say is THANK GOD for Thomas Jefferson because he is the one who fought this crazy Federalism from the gate. I don't know how in the world we are going to wrest control away from these crazy bastards because too many people are completly oblivious to what they really mean and even more don't even know it's happening.
