I am walking a similar path, so I speak from experience. On good days, the anger just simmers at a low level; on bad days, when BushCo pulls some really insane shit (and the corporate media and everybody else just seems to go right along with it), I am hell to be around. *I* don't even want to be around my self! :grr:

My wife is probably more liberal than I am, and even she tells me to knock it off at night, 'cause she doesn't want to go to bed angry, too. She understands, but she's primarily concerned about preserving our health.

I don't know if it's any comfort at all, but anyone who **isn't** mad these days simply isn't paying attention (to paraphrase the bumper sticker). But in the meantime, your body is secreting every toxin known to medical science.

My Rx: Do whatever you can do to get your mind to a neutral place at least once a day -- exercise, take a nap, turn off the TV, stay offline, go for a walk, play a musical instrument, meditate...anything to draw your focus off the hard facts.
