crashed into a crowded building and then ran in waving a gun ... at least Kennedy did it at 3am (and not into one of the major buildings where the politicians were at). And yes, he got preferential treatment ... gee, if I cussed out a cop like Mel Gibson, I would have been sitting in jail for quite some time ... (giving a cop the finger is also considered assault)

And I don't think the guy's even going to get anywhere close to what you're whining about ... probably get away with "mental health" issues (esp. if he has passed a few bucks to Repukes ...)
