I'm not suggesting a suicide bomber...

I'm suggesting that as lame ducks Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld don't see themselves as having anything to lose. They are effectively like suicide bombers ready to attack international diplomacy.

By the time a trial is concluded Rumsfeld will likely be dead, so to Cheney if he lets his battery go low.

George simply believes Mr. Baker will pull his ass out of the fire. Again.
