White House spent 5 hours yesterday trying to get top JAG military officers to sign letter saying they really did believe in torture and Bush's plan for "terrorist" tribunals.

Lindsay Graham is pissed and Tony Snow danced all around the questions.

What a prick this Bush guy is. What is he really after here? Is he afraid he'll be tried as a war criminal if he doesn't retroactively make torture and kangaroo court trials legal now?
