My poor sweet little parakeet got a lung infection. All day Sunday he was gasping for air. He passed away Monday morning. It is so deathly quiet in my apartment right now that I feel like I am going crazy. I have 3 cats trying to comfort me but it hurts too much. He was so sweet and innocent and never did a bad thing in his life. Why did he have to go so soon and in such a horrible way?
My heart aches and yours does too. I know the pain you are going through and hope you feel better soon. There is really nothing to say to make the pain go away.
