"Warrantless Wiretap Bill
The House Judiciary Cmte. holds a subcmte. hearing on H.R. 5825, the "Electronic Surveillance Mod-
ernization Act." The bill, proposed by Rep. Heather Wilson (R-NM), sets a 60-day limit on warrantless wiretapping unless the Pres. requests an extension from Congress. Rep. Dan Lungren
(R-CA) chairs the hearing."

Now why don't we want to get a warrant to wiretap bill? What did Bill do anyway? Bill sounds like the name a nice person would have.

Of course I think he must be some kind of weirdo, because the President said he would sign Bill if he got a chance to. President Bush was upset and said he wanted the Congress to pass Bill. Is the Congress teaching Bill? Can they even do that?
