...at least us enlisted pukes do. We're just not supposed to express it in such a way as to make it seem like we're speaking for the military. Also, we can't use "contemptuous words" against the President, Secretary of Defense, or any elected official. We can state our position on XYZ policy, but we can't say, "Bush sucks". It's a fine line, but I've learned to tread it over the years.

But what he's doing is wrong. He's doing exactly what we're not supposed to: using his position to make it seem like he speaks for the Army. That's just wrong. Although from what others have said, he seems to work for Public Affairs. So maybe he *is* speaking for the Army.
